We require a $100 deposit to book your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable, but come off the cost of the tattoo.

48-hour notice is required for cancellations and rescheduling.

  • The deposit is used to reserve your timeslot for your appointment, and also covers the time used to create the artwork for your tattoo. Deposits are non-refundable, but go towards the final price of your tattoo. If your tattoo requires multiple sittings, the deposit will be applied to the final session.

  • Consultations are free, and are best done in person, although can usually be accommodated via email or phone call (no text messages please). These are used so that you & the artist can get aligned on what you’re looking for, look at references, discuss the size, styling, level of detail, and various other factors.

Consultations are not required, but are highly recommended.

  • We do not send artwork before your appointment; artwork is prepared and ready for the day of your tattoo. We can usually accommodate making small changes the day of your appointment, but if changes are larger or require a redraw of the artwork, we’ll likely need to reschedule your appointment to allow time for this.

Subject to the artist’s discretion, we can set up a separate time to review the artwork with us in person. We can typically accommodate one round of revision to the artwork if needed.

  • We do not copy any other artist’s work or exactly duplicate references. We can use them as inspiration and direction for your tattoo, but your artist will create a custom piece for you. It is highly recommended to review your artist’s work to see that they’re a right fit for you and schedule a consultation to discuss what you’re looking to do.
